Dr. Jason Hnatko began his career in the environmental industry performing site inspections and compliance audits for numerous facilities under various regulatory programs including Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures (SPCC) plans, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits, local environmental and fire prevention regulations, Aboveground Storage Tank (AST) rules, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and routine remediation system oversight inspections.
